We practice listening to the needs and limits that our body indicates, and learn methods to communicate them clearly to others. The event flow: - settling in, getting cozy in the womb - opening circle - introduction to the concept and game-rules - practice in distance vs. proximity / consent / relating in silence... - play, chill and dance time - closing sharing circle - ( optional potluck and after-care) We create a unique atmospheric space for these events with organic vibration and soft mood. The room is divided into zones: - A self-care zone (no (eye)contact, meditation, rest,...) - An interactive zone in which you can (contact) dance - Ritual Play and consent cuddle (experiment with safe, consensual touch, cuddling and massaging) All adults with respect for the intentions, rules & boundaries are welcome. We aim at a healthy gender-balance and age-spread. No words - From the head, into the heart. Non-sexual intimacy. No alcohol - We provide water, tea and snacks. There are no "obligations"; you can make this your own experience of self-connection or deep intimacy with others. All in the safe container of WOMBSPACE with professional facilitators and supportive guidelines.
